ในการออกแบบโปรเจคนี้เลือกใช้ธีมของโมเดิร์นลักชัวรี่ โทนสีที่ใช้ออกแบบเน้นเป้นโทนสีน้ำตาล ครีม และขาว เพื่อให้บ้านรู้สึกสว่างและอบอุ่นแต่มีการนำสีทองเข้ามาใช้ในบางส่วนเพื่อเพิ่มจุดเด่นและความน่าสนใจ นอกจากนั้นในส่วนของวัสดุมีการนำไม้เข้ามาใช้เพื่อให้เกิดเป็นความรู้สึกที่สัมผัสได้และไม่เป็นทางการมากเกินไป เหมาะสำหรับการพักอาศัย
For the design of this project, the theme of Modern Luxury was chosen. The color scheme that used for the design is beige tone to give the house a bright and warm feeling, but some golden has been added to make it more interesting. In addition, as for the material, wood was used to make it not 'too formal' for living.
